In a down-to-the studs remodel and addition, the goal was to build this client their dream home. From an expanded foundation, and building back to 2026 standards in a 1970's shell, with improved efficiency from new insulation, new HVAC, new plumbing, and a new truss structure supported cathedral ceiling to create a 30ft spanning open concept kitchen and living.
The highlights include the 16 foot slider in the living room, and the master suite with two full glass walls in the bedroom, and two giant windows in the shower. The attention to detail is impeccable, and the result is a project as unique as it is beautiful.
